Truterra Program Overview
The 2024 Truterra program can help eligible farmers offset some of the financial risk associated with the transition to conversation agriculture practices and potentially reward them for their impact - whether they are new to these practices or introduced them four or more years ago.
Crops:
Corn, Soybeans, or Wheat
Eligible Practice Changes:
- Strip/no till and/or
- Use of Cover Crops
1 Year Contract
Practice Change Year:
- Near Term Adopters: Crop Year 2022, 2023, 2024
or - Long Term Adopters: Crop Year 2021 or earlier
Qualifying farmers can earn cash incentives for participating.
